3rd Ward, a king-size creative resource center now offers an unlimited access pass to all its facilities, the I heart Brooklyn Pass. This pass gives entry into a world of creative freedom. Until now photographers, musician, sculptors, dancers and craftsman have had to shell out big bucks to use professional facilities for mere hours. At 3rd Ward, top of the line facilities and equipment are open to them all month long for the price of their Unlimited Membership. 3rd Ward is a launching pad for culture creators. Inspiration blooms at 3rd Ward's beautifully designed 20,000 sq. ft. space where unique visionary members form a community that fosters creativity and innovation. Newcomers work in the same supportive environment as more established professionals, and all members benefit from keeping their overhead low. We at 3rd Ward want New York to keep flourishing as the top creative city in the US, and the Unlimited Pass is our contribution. Monthly membership rate $300 with a 3-month contract. Sign up for a year and receive a 10% discount. Refer a friend for a yearlong membership and your next month is free! For an extra $150 you receive private desk or shop space. Also, get a visible tattoo of the 3rd Ward Logo and receive discount for life! This is how we make it work - access to the wood/metal shop and digital media lab is always open and there is no need to ever reserve space! For use of the photo, audio and dance studios and for access to the conference room, members are encouraged to make reservations. Space reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance and are taken on a first come first serve basis. To allow equal opportunity for access to all members, reservations are limited to one booking every 24 hours. If the time slot you want is not available, don't worry, we have a waiting list and will notify you if there are any cancellations. Bookings can be as short as two hours or as long as eight. Walk-ins are always welcomed. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, and no-shows are subject to a $25 penalty.
