December – the dividing line, astronomically, calendrically. The month of stark contrasts. Something new on the shoulders of something old.
The coming of Summer in the Southern Hemisphere -- the Southern Hemisphere waving to us up North, with a distant promise… .
This richly unorthodox month calls for a present, in my own abstract & color-filled way, of a couple of Christmas-appropriate paintings… (at least judging by their titles)… yes, they are all for you, holiday dreamtime audiences.
