TAO SITA

 1

Sometimes; before the first touch is the first touch
Convergence occurs with delicate lightness
And a shiver is translated to possibility
First breath and first thought are one and the same
Before this precious exquisite moment
Pure nothingness

 2

Sometimes; there is danger in desire
and delight at the prospect of harm
The moment of joining is force propelled
Strength, rude and raw drips with anticipation
Skin is a rudimentary language

 3

Without this, there is apparent emptiness
An ocean without wind, waveless and infinitely calm
No reason to navigate

4

Within the moving force of the universe
Are hero and heroine
Alpha and Omega in lasting embrace
dwelling in grave and womb
And all that courses between

 5

If we wait for this, a little while
From first touch, first kiss, first exquisite
Pours the elixir of sweetest tension
Sometimes; we crave the inevitable relief
And shed a tear for union
And if only for a while
We are one with this

6

He touched the tip of memory for her
Saw the smiling corners of her mouth

Curls came bouncing down around her shoulders
And he remembered every moment spent with her

Where candle-light painted her
Like Rembrandt, through his lens

 7

She hides in the edges of shade
She smiles at the umber moon
He never sees her

She lives near the well
At the bottom of his garden

In the evenings He leaves her flowers
Some mornings
He sees where she has kissed them
